Do Life Differently

For an opportunity to be an opportunity there are two conditions.  Firstly, the possibility must be something that is specifically desirable, and secondly, there must be enough awareness to recognize the presentation as something to act upon or to accept.

 

When attuned to the creative forces of nature, opportunities abound, some better than others but there is a constant parade of favorable developments that will support us in our quest for more and better. It is important, if not critical, to have clarity of goals and intentions in order to have the sensibility to act upon the potentials that present themselves.

 

Activating  Creative Energies
One way to clarify, crystallize and activate the creative energies is to spend some time in quiet contemplation with the intention to discover what it is that we really want and are willing to actively pursue.  This may take minutes or it may take days but if this is not done we will be like an unfettered balloon with the currents of nature taking us in one uncontrolled direction after another.  

 

Whims are not goals neither are fantasies and when we take the time to seriously consider what will fulfill us we can separate the useful from the useless. If we spend enough time in silence and/or utilize critical thinking we get to a point that we know our path. This does not mean that we must work out every detail particularly since our plans rarely materialize as envisioned; the creative energies often work in ways that are, if not superior, certainly different than our mental strategies.

 

If one has any goal that takes advantage or is detrimental to another it may be very doable as there is abundant evidence that this is an objective of many. There may be wealth, power, recognition and egomaniac satisfaction garnered from cheating, stealing, destroying and one-upping our fellow human but there is no real satisfaction, evolution, or soul development. Those that lord it over others are hollow, shallow and miserable beings that pay a heavy price as they become robotic, loveless machinations rather than being viable, valuable and life contributing.  

 

So if a desire for revenge, ego promotion (looking good rather being good), destroying or misrepresentation pops into our head, it is only productive to focus on what really serves us, what represents the best of who we are, not the worst.  

 

Creative Process
When we do decide what we really want and have an energetic intention to make it happen the universal energies are stirred. This is when opportunities begin to manifest and it is our job to be aware of the possibilities as they show up.  The creative process is not a process of manipulation; it is a process of going with the flow and allowing things to happen in the natural order of unfolding.  

 

When we create a clear and concise desire with the energy of intention and we stay aware, then, as if by magic, opportunities will show up which, in turn requires some form of physical activity that is necessary to fulfill the demands of manifestation.

 

To monitor our progress in the pursuit of our goals we need only to look at our current activities. If we are following our same routines, associating with the same people, repeating the same habits, living life as usual we are not moving in the direction of our goals. Want life the same, do life the same, want life different, do life different.  When stated this seems so obvious and elementary that to mention it is condescending. Unfortunately, this fact does seem to elude us as times.  

 

When we want something that we do not currently have then we must, absolutely must, do something differently. Sometimes this means big changes, sometimes small changes but as sure as night follows day, there must be some significant change to create a significant result.
